I have recently acquired car insurance with your agency. The CSR that has been incredibly professional while assisting me is named Mrs. Lisa Lee (tomball office). Mrs. Lee took my policy and reviewed it. Then she found me a policy with Kemper that not only matched my needs, but saved me money which is greatly appreciated. My experience in the past with insurance companies had left a bad taste in my mouth. Since I have been working with Mrs. Lee my attitude toward insurance companies has been altered for the better. Mrs. Lee has gone above and beyond for me, and she has earned my respect and loyalty. I have told her that no matter where I call home I will always call your agency my home for all my future insurance needs, regardless of where I happen to be.
